CAN I COLLECT MY ITEMS?
Of course you can! If you wish to collect your items instead of having them posted thats perfectly fine! Just select collection at the checkout and well message you to let you know when your item is available. The BRANDED5 is located in Broughty Ferry, Dundee (DD5).

We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £100
Postage and packing prices for orders under £100 are;
£4.95 by Royal Mail 2nd Class
£6.95 recorded delivery via courier
£7.95 for next day via courier.
If you wish to use a specific courier or have alternative arrangements made please contact us and we will aim to co-operate as best we can.
CAN I HAVE MY ITEMS POSTED INTERNATIONAL AND/OR QUICKER?
If you require your item to be shipped to Ireland or abroad please contact us an we will arrange quotation for this service. If you let us know your exact Post Code/Zip Code/State of residence, we can do a quick check to see if we can post it cheaper. This must be done before you purchase. We can also search for the cheapest postage cost if you need your item quickly.
WHAT ABOUT IMPORT FEES/CUSTOM CHARGES
Please note, for International Customers, BRANDED5 are not accountable for any Custom Charges which you may incur.
HOW ARE ITEMS DISPATCHED?
Items are posted via different services dependant on the items ordered. This includes Royal Mail, DHL and Hermes. You will be notified of the service used and the date of postage.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ITEMS TO BE MADE & POSTED?
All of our items are made to order. Depending on each item lead time can vary. We will always aim to post your items within 5-7 working days but this time may increase slighly during busy. If you would like a more accurate deadline or have a short deadline and would like to see if your item can be rush ordered, please contact us and we will update you with a more accurate dispatch time and we can let you know if there are any option to rush order on the items you are looking to order ( please note rush orders may incur additional costs)
If on occasion where delivery maybe longer than suggested, you will be notified as early as possible.
HOW CAN I RECEIVE MY ITEMS QUICKER?
We do offer upgrades. This is known as, 'Rush My Order' and is where we can dispatch and you receive your item within 48 hours, when you place your order by 11am. These items, if selected at checkout, are made and then dispatched using Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service. Using this service, Royal Mail promises to ensures your item will arrive with you, by 1pm the next day after we have shipped it. It will need signing for though and so someone will have to stay at home for this.
WHAT IF I PROVIDE THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS?
If you pay via Paypal, unfortunately, we will have to cancel your order for you to then reorder using the correct address. Within PayPal's Terms & Conditions, items can only be dispatched to the address you have provided us with at checkout. This is to prevent both us and you from potential fraudulent claims.
LOST/NON-ARRIVALS
All orders are expected to arrive at the shipping address provided no later than 5 business days after the 'shipped' notification email, this will be extended in seasonal peak times to 8 business days.
If your order has not arrived within 5 days of the 'shipped' notification please inform us with your order number: orders@branded5.co.uk
Orders that fail to arrive at their destination after 15 calendar days will be treated as lost.
Customers must contact us within 21 calendar days of the 'shipped' notification to be eligible for a refund/replacement, after this time store credit may be offered at our discretion.

DAMAGED
In the unlikely event of our products arriving damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately.
CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL
Neither we, nor any courier service provider that we use shall be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control. These circumstances are to include, but not be limited to, ill health , any adverse weather conditions such as; snow, flood, extreme winds, fire, explosion, accident, traffic congestion, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, terrorism, act of God, or from any industrial dispute or strike.
